Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Due to the perishable nature of food products, Pickles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or leaking product
  • Expired product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in a combo order
  1. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may be required to share clear images/videos of the damaged product for verification.

Refund Policy:

  1. Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed.
  2. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be unopened and in original sealed condition to qualify for any claim.
  • Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
  • Taste preference, spice level, or personal liking is not considered a valid reason for return.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or oil layer are natural and not considered defects.
